My God

My God is a person and not a person. I usually treat Him as a person in text, since it's a bit easier to respect Him this way, but the personification make the whole concept of God incredible and amusing to the non-believers.

My God is someone who created everything. He is everything. I am part of Him.

I feel my God through something I refer to as MyHeart. I can communicate with Him through my heart. I often ask Him about something, and oddly enough most of the time He is happy to oblige. In my turn, I tend to refuse most of His requests, all of which are very simple.

The communication is tricky. It goes through my mind, which tends to add its own stuff. I have to be careful not to mistake my own whim for something He says.

I am strong when I feel weak and rely on Him. I am weak when I feel strong and forget about Him. His strength is so incredible, it is easy to mistake his most loving actions for "coincidence". He changes past, present and future in a blnk of an eye. He cures, give life and raises from death.

My God loves me. He is love. There is nothing I can do to disspell His love. My sins do not diminish it, they are just steps away from Him and His love.

I seek my God in everything around me, and when I find Him, my faith is reinforced, and whatever I find him in becomes my ally.
