Process/Jobs Stack

I want to be able, at any time, to view the complete stack of long-lived processes. Lifetime threshold and metric (wall-clock/user/system time) should be configurable.

During long make-driven builds it's sometimes interesting to view what's going on. Especially if we're building a port with many dependencies, it would be nice to know exactly at which in the tree we are.
